Shipping policy

We use DPD and any shipping time is from dispatch rather than order. Any returned parcels or forced returns as they are known are subject to a £9 fee that is passed from the courier to us. They will attempt delivery twice. Any returned parcels will be subject to the returned parcels fee and a further fee applied to reship. Tracking is sent to your order email so please add info@fragranceoilstudio.co.uk to your contacts to avoid this landing in spam. Any issues with delivery contents should be reported within 48 hours of arrival.
