Terms and conditions of sale

The following terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from fragranceoilstudio.co.uk. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 18 or over.

We are strictly a business to business sales platform. All products are supplied solely for use within the purchasing business. The resale, redistribution or onward supply of our products in any form is strictly prohibited, including sale through third party marketplaces, online selling platforms or social media. Any unauthorised redistribution constitutes a serious breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate action, which may include termination of supply, account closure and the pursuit of legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By ordering goods from us you are considered to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Fragrance Oil Studio Limited (“we”, or “us”). Prices

Prices shown for orders within the UK and Channel Islands are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or sales tax.

Prices are subject to change at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, including fluctuations in VAT or sales tax rates. The applicable price will be confirmed at the point of order.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are wholesale prices. We do not sell directly to the public and all transactions are conducted strictly on a business to business basis.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to VAT, import duties or other charges, which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the associated risk of cross contamination, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

As we operate strictly on a business to business basis, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply. Accordingly, orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to a change of mind and all sales are deemed final once checkout is completed.

Please ensure that all order details are correct before proceeding to checkout, as we do not accept order cancellations, amendments or modifications after an order has been placed.

In the rare event that an error occurs on our part, any approved refund will be processed less any costs or charges already incurred.

The seller reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped via DPD. Tracking details, including a one hour delivery window will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Parcels returned due to failed delivery, refusal or incorrect or incomplete delivery information will incur a courier surcharge of £9 + VAT, which will be passed to the customer. For international shipments, this charge starts from £16.81 + VAT. Parcels returned due to non payment of customs charges will be treated as refused deliveries; all associated costs will be deducted from any refund and may result in refusal of future service. Any customs duties or import charges are payable by the purchaser in the destination country.

We do not permit delivery to safe places, alternative addresses, lockers, parcel shops or neighbours. Any such arrangements made directly with DPD are at the customer’s own risk. DPD may, at their discretion, deliver to a safe place if no recipient is available; the delivery scan record will constitute proof of delivery.

DPD will attempt delivery twice, typically on consecutive working days following dispatch. If the delivery slot is not suitable, customers must rearrange via DPD.

Any delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and before any product is used. Used products are non returnable under all circumstances. In the event of leakage or damage, clear photographs of the parcel as received, including the outer box, internal packaging and products must be provided. Claims submitted without this evidence cannot be processed.

Colour of reproduction

We take great care with the colours used in images and throughout our marketing. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change and so we recommend a sample service being used if you are unsure on colour as returns are not accepted on personalised items. 

Fragrance oils and cosmetic assessments

We do not currently provide cosmetic safety assessments or related amendment services. While such services may have been offered historically, they are no longer available.

Fragrance oils may be discontinued or amended at any time due to regulatory requirements, supplier changes, or commercial considerations. In the event that a fragrance oil is discontinued or its formulation changes, we do not offer updates, amendments, replacements, or alternative cosmetic assessments, and no liability is accepted in this regard.

Customers remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable cosmetic regulations. We accept no liability for any loss, cost, delay, or consequence arising from the discontinuation, reformulation, or regulatory status of any fragrance oil, or from the absence of cosmetic assessment services.

Free CLP labels

The use of apostrophes in name changes on CLP labels is not recommended, as certain devices and operating systems may introduce additional or incorrect characters during order submission. Any such character issues will not be deemed an error on our part, as this is a technical limitation beyond our control.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this service at any time without prior notice.

Law
